All photographs on the RobHessPhoto.com website are the exclusive intellectual property of Rob Hess Photography and are protected under the United States and international copyright laws.

Any unauthorized use is a federal offense with penalties up to $150,000 per violation. No images may be downloaded except by normal viewing processes. No images may be copied, transmitted, published, stored, reproduced, or altered in any way without written permission by Rob Hess Photography.

Absolutely NO emailed or uploaded images can be printed for personal use.
Images emailed to magazines, newspapers, horse shows or other approved advertising agencies are for one-time use only and may not be transferred.
Lo-res images are for internet use ONLY and may not be reproduced.

We vigorously protect our copyright interests. In the event an infringement is discovered, you will be notified and billed at ten times the standard fee for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in US Federal Court.

By entering this site you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Entrance to the site is expressly granted on these conditions, which embodies all of the understandings and obligations between the parties here to.
